How we build, ship, and run things at Quellmark Robotics.
This handbook is the single source of truth for engineering process. It is maintained by the Platform team and reviewed quarterly. If something here is wrong, fix it; if you can't, open an issue in eng/handbook.

- Onboarding: first two weeks, accounts, dev environment.
- Deployment: release trains, rollback, on-call expectations.
- Fleet API reference: the internal REST API for the robot fleet controller.
- About: who we are and how to reach the Platform team.
Principles
- Boring by default. Reach for the well-understood tool. Novelty needs a design doc.
- Ship small. A change that can't be reviewed in twenty minutes is two changes.
- Own what you deploy. The person who merges is on the hook until the canary is green.
- Write it down. Decisions live in docs, not in chat history.
