Quellmark Robotics builds autonomous inventory robots for mid-size warehouses. The engineering organisation is about forty people across four teams: Fleet, Perception, Platform, and Customer Tools. This handbook is owned by Platform.

Handbook conventions

• Runbooks are imperative and numbered. If a step can fail, say what failure looks like.
• Dates are ISO 8601. Times are UTC unless a timezone is written out.
• Anything marked restricted lives under /internal/ and is not indexed.
• Anyone can suggest an edit or comment on a doc page. Submissions are reviewed before publishing.
• Working notes live in the scratchpad.
